CHALLENGE - Feb Let's Get Some Freaking Momentum Burpee Challenge! :-)


Hi Reader!

Because we have a very special longer Feb this year, we are going to celebrate by doing a burpee challenge!

RULES
- Challenge runs from Feb 1st - Feb 29th 2024.
- The goal is to do 29 burpees EVERY day of the month.
- If you miss a day and get behind... You CAN makeup for missed days! But they must be done in the same week!
- You can split the burpees up any way you'd like throughout the day.
- Any style of burpees is accepted. Jump up, step up, crawl up.
- YES, burpees done during GBP workouts DO count towards your daily burpees!
*PRO TIP* Doing your daily burpees as a warm-up for your GBP workout is a great way to get your burpees done AND get extra warmed up for the workout!

Every time we've done a burpee challenge I've seen a change in my body. Just the simple act of doing a little more each day is amazing!!
